INQUIRY PROGRAM Guide to the ARDC Ethics Inquiry Program | Ethics FAQs | Professionalism Seminar | Legal Ethics Research Links PROFESSIONALISM SEMINAR Overview of Course This course, taught by a select faculty of distinguished lawyers and other professionals, focuses on the Rules of Professional Conduct and its practical day-to-day application in operating a law office and in resolving the common ethical dilemmas faced by all lawyers. At the present time, course enrollment is limited to Illinois lawyers who are required to fulfill a disciplinary requirement. Next Date: Friday, November 6, 2009 Where: ARDC, One Prudential Plaza, 130 E. Randolph Drive, Suite 1100 Time: 8:00 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. Certificate of Attendance: At the conclusion of the course, registrants who have completed the course receive a Certificate of Attendance. The course is eligible for 4 hours of CLE credit in Illinois, including professional responsibility/legal ethics credit. Course Materials Each registrant will receive a handbook containing a course agenda, materials that supplement the course topics and a copy of the Rules of Professional Conduct. There is no course fee.
