NOTICE OF MCLE CREDIT

The seminars presented by the ARDC, as an Accredited CLE Provider with the MCLE Board, listed below, are approved for general MCLE credit in Illinois and have also been approved for professional responsibility credit (the areas of professionalism, diversity issues, mental illness and addiction issues, civility, or legal ethics) by the Illinois Supreme Court Commission on Professionalism.

2008

• June 19, 2008 (Joliet, IL), ARDC seminar "What You Always Wanted to Know, but Were Afraid to Ask..."  approved for 2.0 hours of general MCLE credit including 2.0 hours of professional responsibility credit
   

• June 5, 2008 (Rock Island, IL), ARDC seminar "What You Always Wanted to Know, but Were Afraid to Ask..."  approved for 2.0 hours of general MCLE credit including 2.0 hours of professional responsibility credit
   

• May 15, 2008, ARDC Hearing Board Chair seminar, "Probation" approved for 0.5 hours of MCLE credit including 0.5 hours of professional responsibility credit
   

• April 10, 2008, ARDC Professionalism Seminar approved for 4.0 hours of general MCLE credit including 4.0 hours of professional responsibility credit

2007

• November 2, 2007, ARDC Professionalism Seminar approved for 5.25 hours of general MCLE credit including 5.25 hours of professional responsibility credit
   

• November 1, 2007 (Crystal Lake, IL), ARDC seminar "What You Always Wanted to Know, but Were Afraid to Ask..."  approved for 2.0 hours of general MCLE credit including 2.0 hours of professional responsibility credit
   

• October 25, 2007, ARDC Board Seminar "Updates/Trends in Disciplinary Law in Illinois and Nationally" approved for 2.0 hours of general MCLE credit including 2.0 hours of professional responsibility credit
   

• October 25, 2007, ARDC Chair Seminar "Evidence Refresher Course & Discussion of Rule 8.4(a)(5) & SCR 770" approved for 0.75 hours of general MCLE credit including 0.25 hours of professional responsibility credit
   

• September 6, 2007 (Woodridge, IL), ARDC seminar "What You Always Wanted to Know, but Were Afraid to Ask..."  approved for 2.0 hours of general MCLE credit including 2.0 hours of professional responsibility credit
   

• July 20, 2007, ARDC Professionalism Seminar approved for 5.25 hours of general MCLE credit including 5.25 hours of professional responsibility credit
   

• March 2, 2007, ARDC Professionalism Seminar approved for 5.25 hours of general MCLE credit including 5.25 hours of professional responsibility credit

2006

• November 8, 2006, ARDC Board Seminar approved for 2.25 hours of general MCLE credit including 2.25 hours of professional responsibility credit
   

• September 7, 2006 (Champaign, IL), ARDC seminar "What You Always Wanted to Know, but Were Afraid to Ask..."  approved for 1.5 hours of general MCLE credit including 1.5 hours of professional responsibility credit.
   

• July 21, 2006, ARDC Professionalism Seminar approved for 5.25 hours of general MCLE credit including 5.25 hours of professional responsibility credit.

The Certificate of Attendance distributed at the end of each program is to be maintained by you for your records.  In accordance with MCLE guidelines, the attendance record each registrant signed will be maintained by the ARDC as proof of attendance.
