Certificate of Attendance for MCLE Credit

Upon completion of  the seminar, you will receive an e-mail instructing you to complete a seminar survey.  Once the survey has been e-mailed back and the ARDC has verified your participation, a Certificate of Attendance for MCLE credit in Illinois (2.0 hours) will be e-mailed to you for your records.  Under the MCLE rules, you must keep the Certificate for three years after the end of your two-year reporting period.  Do not submit it to the MCLE Board unless you are audited by the MCLE Board.

*IMPORTANT NOTE*

Illinois MCLE Rules prohibit a lawyer from claiming credit for attending the same course twice in the same twelve month period. An attorney can attend as many repeat sessions of the same course as he or she wants, but the attorney may claim CLE credit from only one course.

The ARDC has offered the seminar entitled What You Always Wanted to Know But Were Afraid to Ask* (*the ARDC): A Discussion of Professionalism and Current Issues Facing the Legal Profession in Illinois on five prior occasions at the following places and dates:

St. Clair County on September 8, 2005

Champaign County on September 7, 2006

DuPage County on September 6, 2007

McHenry County on November 1, 2007

Rock Island County on June 5, 2008

If you attended any of the last three sessions listed above, you cannot claim additional CLE credit if you want to attend the ARDC webcast scheduled for June 19, 2008. If you attended either of the first two events, you are free to apply for credit for both the in-person event and the webcast.
